We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. This guarantee applies to all paid products on SkillsVaults.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@skillsvaults.com with:

  • Your order confirmation email or the email address used at checkout
  • The name of the product you wish to return
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

3. Refund Process

  • We will acknowledge your refund request within 1 business day.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

4. EU Consumer Withdrawal Right

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium (i.e., digital downloads), you acknowledge that:

  • By completing a purchase and receiving access to the download, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract.
  • You acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available for download.

However, our 30-day money-back guarantee extends beyond this statutory period, providing you with additional protection. Even if you have downloaded the product, you may still request a refund within 30 days under our guarantee.

5. Free Products

Products offered at no charge (€0) are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive. Repeated refund requests from the same customer may result in the suspension of their account.
