1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SkillsVaults (operated by Kemiworld Solutions, Ireland), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase any products.

2. Products and Licensing

SkillsVaults sells digital products including templates, AI prompt packs, automation scripts, and dashboard tools. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the downloaded files with third parties. You may use the products in client work and deliverables, but you may not sell the template or source files themselves.

3. Purchases and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and discounts.

4. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered instantly after successful payment via a secure, time-limited download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct. Download links expire after 72 hours and are limited to 5 downloads per link.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and instructions.

EU Consumer Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, for digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, you acknowledge and agree that by completing a purchase and receiving the download link, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available for download.

Notwithstanding the above, our 30-day money-back guarantee provides you with additional protection beyond the statutory minimum.

6. Free Resources

We offer certain products at no charge. To access free resources, you may be required to provide your email address. Free products are subject to the same licensing terms as paid products. We may use your email address to send you information about our products in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, code, and downloadable files — is the property of Kemiworld Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share purchased products as standalone files
  • Use the website or products for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is provided
  • Use automated systems to scrape or download content from the website
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for quality, we do not warrant that products will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or produce any particular results. Templates and tools are starting points — you are responsible for reviewing and adapting them to your needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kemiworld Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Irish or EU law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
